I have been employed at IMERYS (ECC) for 17 years. I believe in equal pay for equal work. At the present time I am training my co-worker to perform my job and he is paid $1.00 more an hour than I am. At the present time without union representation I have no method to correct this injustice. This is one reason I am working to have PACE International Union be my representative.
