CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be received in writing on or before March 19, 1999. A cancellation processing fee of $50 will be assessed each cancellation received on or before March 19, 1999. Refunds of cancellation received on or before March 19, 1999 will be processed after May 1, 1999. CANCELLATION NOTICES RECEIVED AFTER MARCH 19, 1999 WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Substitutions are welcome.

SITE INFORMATION: The Clean Airport Summit will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel at McCormick Place, Chicago.

ROOM RATES: Special low room rates are available for Clean Airport Summit attendees.
Government and Nonprofit Employees -
$104.44/night for single occupancy and
$129.44/night for double occupancy plus current sales tax. (Please note that there are a limited number of rooms at the government rate and available on a first come basis.)
Corporate and Private Sector -
$160.00/night for single/double occupancy plus current sales tax.

We recommend that you make hotel arrangements as soon as possible while our special reserved rooms are available. In order to receive discount rates, please inform the reservations agent that you are attending the Clean Airport Summit. Room reservations should be made directly with the hotel by March 19, 1999. Simply call the Hyatt's Reservations Department at 312-567-1234. After the March 19, 1999 deadline rooms are subject to space and rate availability. Please note all rates are subject to state and local taxes.

HOTEL LOCATION: Located at 2233 S. Martin Luther King Drive, Chicago, Illinois 60616, in McCormick Place complex 23 miles from O'Hare International Airport and 10 miles from Midway Airport. From O'Hare Airport you can take Continental Air Transport (1-800-654-7871) to the hotel for $16.00 per person one way or from Midway Airport for $11.00 per person one way. You must make advance reservations for the Midway shuttle (1-800-654-7871). Shuttle transportation is also available through American Limousine. For reservations and information call 630-920-8888. Estimated cost for a taxicab from O'Hare to McCormick Place is $30, and $15 from Midway.
