| Heard all about your struggles at a recent conference in Montgomery. I am OUTRAGED and FERIOUS over the anti-union campaign tactics being used at the Sylacauga Imerys plant. It is an embarassment to our state, it is a criminal offense against the workers, and it reminds me of the working conditions of a third world country. I am saddened that we as Americans, as Alabamians, have not reached a higher state of understanding and respect toward our fellow employee.
I STRONGLY URGE and ENCOURAGE that the Management at Imerys stop trying to destroy the worker and move toward a more cooperative effort. |
