| Everyone can understand what is happening here. Power and control has corrupted the system.
There is no open lines of communication. When our needs get censored by local mangement and our voice is never heard. There is a huge problem here. It should be obvious to Imerys top officials that the workers are the only ones that are not being accurately and fairly represented. I have seen the curroption, I have seen and being the receiver of many lies, threats and intimidation, you can't tell me that this is not happening. We deserve to be treated with respect and human decencey. The only ones that will tell you that there is no intimidation and threats are the people who who can't see any farther then their own pocket book and selfish needs. They have learned how to beat the system and steal the company blind for their own personal gain. They clearly don't want their boat rocked. Unionization would simply make the playing field FAIR FOR ALL, for all to benefit...company and labor. To the Top Imerys Officials: What benefits do you really gain from giving the workers a cold shoulder and looking the other way? |
