| I have been in a union for 18 years. the benifits of a union are one that I hope you all will find out!you cannot even begin to way the differance! you can have some control as workers to fair pay, seinority, and job stability.for those of you that are not sure of this just imagine going on for years without one(union)living day to day not knowing if you will have a job tomorrow or someone they just hired will recieve more pay than you even if you've worked for them for 20 yrs.fighting for your rights IS YOUR RIGHT!!!please don't give up,remember we live in america! and sometimes it is darkest before the storm but if you all band together noone can break the ring!gina |
