| In fear of retaliation from the Company (Imerys, Sylacauga location) I am not going to reveal my name. I am 100% Union and have signed a union card. The only way to avoid a strong and vicious anti-union campaign presented by the Company and Frank Parker, an anti-union attorney, is to have a "card check". If anyone from Imerys' headquarters is interested in doing the right thing, please give us a "card check". We have a majority. I also want to thank the Europeans for all their help and support.
