| Congratulations Imerys Employees in Sylacauga on making the best decision possible in your work force. I know it was a hard fought battle with a number of obstacles, but you stayed strong and yes Brothers and Sisters you won! I've read some of the comments from the anti-union people and all I've got to say is that I hope very shortly each of you will have the wool lifted from your eyes and see that a Union is best for the entire operation in Sylacauga. Now you have a very crucial negotiation period coming up shortly, and it will take each of you working together to insure the best for your future. As for those who have said negative things about the Union, let's work hard for the best of the Company's future and the best of your future and make those people eat their words.
