| When the union is voted in, how will disputes be resolved between the union and company? During negoitations can the union obtain documents on how much the company profited during the fiscal year to help us get a raise? Why is there so much difference in the pay between us and the plants in Georgia? Why do we have to pay our insurance and the plant in Georia (dry branch) don't pay anything. What can we do about the company having one on one's to intimidate the employees not to vote for the union? I have not signed a union card but I am seriously thinking about voting yes for the union. I am tired of being pushed around by my supervisor and listening to that H.R. guy. |
