| The union came in over a year ago. The company at that time stated,"we did not need a union to solve our problems." The company asked, us to give them one more chance. I am from the EEC side and was not a union supporter. But I have slowly changed my mind because of the lies the company has told and because the company has threatened and treated some of my co-workers like trashy trash. Imerys I am convience you need some one to answer to and I think that should be PACE. Imerys by your own lack of respect for it's employees, I have decided to vote YES ON JUNE 22! I hope all employees see through the company and vote YES FOR UNION. MEN AND WOMEN OF IMERYS WE MUST STAND UP FOR OUR RIGHTS AND VOTE UNION YES ON JUNE 22. If we let this opportunity pass us by it might that not come by us again. |
