| it was said in a meeting this week that if you feel like you are being harrassed by either union or non-union people to let someone know. what if we feel we are being harrassed by both? when you come to work, you have people all in your face wanting to know how you feel about this or who feels one way or the other, to the point of where the job is not actually even discussed. on the other hand, when you are trying to make your way into work or home from work, there are sometimes people standing all in the plant entrance. people calling wanting to know if they can inconvenience you to talk about what they don't even know if they can get for you or not. i just want to know who is looking out for my best interest if i don't like what either side has to say. |
