I don't know if you know this or not, but the State of Alabama is what we all call an "employee at will" state. That means that you are employeed at the will of your employer. You basically have no workers rights in the State of Alabama without a Union.
So the NLRB cannot help you unless you have a Union or fall under the few categories that the State of Alabama has listed as workers rights, which are race, religion, sexual gender and disabilities. Otherwise, you have no workers rights. You seem to be computer literate, so look this up on the Internet and you will see for your self. Thanks for your question. Keith
