| Same old tune. We are not complaining. We have been told several things by management, then it would not be upheld. Some of us got raises, most of us got raises was stated on the yellow sheet. Let's also have the list who got the raises. Can't give the list? Are these people paid to vote no? The raises wasn't given equally across the board. Why pay a lawyer hundreds of thousands of dollars and not your employees? Where was our other part of the bonuses? What about a profit sharing plan that sandersville is getting or got? Why was some of the customer service pay cut? We hourly workers at Sylacauga Imerys location are a very talented and experienced group of people, we should be treated fairly and equally and with dignity. If the union didn't go through and the complaint list wasn't fulfilled in good faith of Imerys. WE ARE GOING TO BE VERY PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!! And to Ronald if Georgia Pacific was so bad why did you stay out there 17 years or so. |
