| I've been sitting back watching for a while and i realize pace has 3000,000 members....how does that help us here in sylacauga?..will all 300,000 show up here if needed?...if the contract can not be up graded from what we have now and who knows if it will or not,no one really knows. what is there to gain? personally I've worked here going on 13 yrs and we have come a long way. Can the union guarantee me better money,benefits,vacation,same shift 3 on 3 off that i have now? I know its a gamble either way you look at it....The bottom line for me is if the union is voted in and we get better money,benefits,vacations,same shift....I will pay union dues....if nothing is gained,and things stay the same...I will "not" pay union dues.!!!
