| Some of you (not all) seem to be tearing into everyone in sight, whether it really has to do with the union or not. Is this forum for union discussion, or to put down your fellow workers? You know, you attract flies with honey, not vinegar.
Also, I have trouble believing that every single person in management is evil. There are bad apples, yes, but there are those everywhere. There are good folks in every level, I'm sure. The bad ones just get all the ink. I feel like I have a pretty good boss; I know some of you don't, and you have the right to gripe about it. I don't think you should put them all in the same group when you put down management. It sounds a bit paranoid when you do that, and not very realistic. I want you all to know I don't disrespect anyone for their beliefs, whether or not they coincide with mine. (And not all of them do, but c'est la vie) |
