This company signed a statement, stating it would not run an anti-union campaign, once again they have lied to the workers! They are no different from any other company. Today's corporations have learned to use scare tactics and legal maneuvers to stop workers who are trying to form unions. Aided by a $300 million-a-year consulting industry, employers have eliminated free speech and free choice from the workplace--and stripped away our chance to make life better for our families and in our communities. When workers consider joining a union, businesses fight back with agressive tactics:
1) 80% hire a consultant to stop employees from forming a union;

2) 91% force employees to attend anti-union propaganda meetings;

3) 77% distribute anti-union leaflets;

4) 58% show anti-union videos;

5) 50% threaten to close the office or plant.

These figures are based on a study by Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Most companies promise to do better, but don't; they threaten to cut pay; and they threaten workers with "tighting things up".

If you will notice, your company has done all of these things. Should you stand by and become a statistic or do you want to change the way things are done? On June 22, only YOU can answer this question. VOTE YES..
