Your head is stuck so far up the companys butt, you can't decide on your on what is right or wrong, you must rely on the company to tell you what to do!!! If you were in a union before, you would have posted it real quick.The union my not be able to promise you all the thing you mentioned, but they give you a way to see that everyone has a FAIR shot at. If you stay there long enough, my friend, you will grow older, and without a union some younger butt-kisser WILL get your job, then how will you and your family react?
