This bullitin board is a place where we are open to express our grivances with the company and our support for unionization. Kieth's interpetation of Sandrik's letter hit the nail on the head. And at least the man knows how to spell, which is more than I can say for you. Don't put down people for their views. Let's not worry about what PACE leaders are making. They are elected officials and the union members agree on their salaries. Let's worry about how our pay compares to managements and to Sandersville. Do you realize that department heads get quarterly as well as year end bonuses? Where's ours? We're told all year how great the company is doing, then every December is just seems the bottom falls out, and we don't get a full bonus; yet the department heads do. Is this right? How much is the company paying their Union Busting Attorney; just to keep from giving us a fair wage? It's time for all of this to come to a stop. On June 22 it will. And just remember why Mike Franklin is no longer with us. He was not fired for poor job performance. He was fired for digging up the dirt on management. He was honest about management's misuse of funds to put it nicely. We all need to finish what he started. UNION YES!!!
