| Brothers and Sisters of Sylacauga, it's time to UNITE! Sandrik, Hutchison,and Poore just don't understand why the people here need a union. Let me give you one reason, this just happened, hope this opens your eyes. A union supporter with 28 years of service, (27 years in maintenance) bidded on a job and was passed over. The job was given to a non-union supporter with just 6 years of maintenance experience. Nobody can make me believe that this was not retaliation for being a union supporter!!!!! Should you people have to put up with is? For a quick election update: The company has started their one-on-one meetings with employees. The bosses in packaging and shipping, production and plant general are telling people they will lose as much as $2.00 an hour. Please don't get caught up in this pack of lies. The time is NOW!! VOTE YES on June 22.
P.S. Mr. Kron, if you have any decency, please step in and put an end to this madness. The hard working people in Sylacauga don't deserve this treatment. |
