| I think the actions of management and the letter that Randy Sandrik put out is just another cowardly attempt to change the minds of the few workers that are naive enough to believe their bull. I've heard thru the grapevine that they're fixing to equalize the pay between GM and ECC. What I want to see is equalization of pay between Sandersville and Sylacauga. But even that would not change my mind on unionization. We need the union so that there will be no more pay raises given just because you kiss a little management ass. We need pay based on the job we do. And if we all stick together, we'll damn sure get it. |
