| Top Goon, I've been a union member for 16 wonderful years, been a union President for 9 years, so I consider myself well educated about unions and union reps. Don't know where you got your information (sounds like anti-union lawyer and company propaganda) but, people can speak for themselves in a union shop unlike the non-union shop you are use too. It's kinda like going to court, when you go, you take a lawyer with you. In a union shop when the situation occurs you may need someone that's educated and understands the issues, that where your union leaders come in handy!! |
