| I've been approached by several of my UNION BROTHERS and asked about my previous posting.All I can say to expound upon the matter is this: I'm not saying the Union itself was sorry as dirt, I'm saying we ALL could have made bigger contributions to it's success.
The only time most of us had use for the union was when we had a grievance against a policy or member of management. We paid our dues, may have voted on an issue once or twice a year..but that was it. When we get this new union in, we all need to support it as vigorously as we are now, if not MORE!! Like I said before, I"ll talk to anyone face-to face, all you gotta do is find me or ask someone to hook us up..No pressure to join us, just the facts, good or bad.. |
