| The latest message from Mr. Sandrick states that he has improved employee relations and communications, not to mention that he has an open door policy. That's funny because anyone I know of that has ever gone to him with a problem has gotten NO help. He grins, feeds them a line and refers them back to the supervisor that wouldn't help them to start with.
As for communications, I notice that we no longer have communication meetings that show how we are doing against budget - on which our bonus is based. I wonder why? Words are nice . . . but how about doing what you say! |
