I've read the messages here and seen all the rhetoric about management harassing employees and that an election could not be fair bacause of that. I have a question.

If a NLRB supervised election is held, and the election is held by secret ballot, how can an employee feel intimidated? The NLRB will not tell the company how the employee voted so how can this be?

If this is the case, then you don't trust the NLRB any more than anyone else. It's just another union tactic to try and do what it accuses the company of doing. Scaring and intimidating the employees.
