| Local Management has threatened the workers with loss of employment if they support Union Organization. They have told my co-workers "if you sign a union authorization card you are putting your job on the line". Once social change begins, it cannot be reversed. You cannot uneducate the person who has learned to read. You cannot humiliate the person who feels pride and you cannot oppress the people who are not afraid anymore. A majority of the workers here have signed a Union Authorization Card and refuse to be oppressed by Local Management anymore. |
