| I would like to make a comment, or better yet, let me clear something up. I heard a supervisor say, that PACE had pushed themselves upon the employees of Imerys . WRONG ! PACE was asked to come here by EMPLOYEES to help organize ourselves. Why ? Because there is a problem with our management. We have tried all the procedures that the company laid down to resolve problems, but still they aren't taken care of.
Unions do not push themselves on people. People ask unions for support. What is a Union? All of US as a team. If Unions are no good, why do they still exist, and why do people support them? |
