| Today I had a supervisor come to me and ask me why we wanted a third party.
FIRST OFF: A Union is not a third party, it's US. BUT My question to Mr. Sandrick is...IF WE don't need a third party, WHY does management hire special third party consulting firms to tell them how to run their employees, and most of all, Hire a professional Union Buster to manage Imerys' ANTI-Union Campaign? Kinda like pot calling the kettle black, isn't it?? |
