| I've heard a lot lately, and I've seen a lot of
mistreated good hard working people, Denied jobs that they were intitled to and skilled for with plenty of years on the job. QUESTION: Where were the General Motors and the U.S. alliance and the better paying company's before they were UNIONIZED? They were run by the same type management that we have at IMERYS. Now look at them and there pay scale and benefits. Don't kid your self we work for a BILLION dollor a year company with the finest white marble in the world. They will not close the door or even stop production because of the almighty dollar. We as the hard working dirt slinging product making " ditch men" deserve more, we deserve to be fairly treated on job bidding. If the company can't understand that then I"m willing to fight for and strike for! not just for me but for the entire group of hourly employee's goon or not. no company is going to give the top benefits,It's what we want you and I NOT ONLY YES BUT HELL YES I'M UNION STRONG!! |
