curious! So, have you taken your time and thought this entire situation out? MY point in asking such a question is that Without a company, NONE of us would have had employement. Therefore, Whos NAME is on your check and who pays for the benefits, etc.? THE answer is the company! So, where is benefit? I just cant seem to understand why someone would pay there hard earned money, and trust me, i know what hard work is, for Representation with the management of a company. Has the union representitives passed the State Bar test and have their LAW degree? In fact, The union representative is an elected person inside the plant to SPEAK for you? Something about Talking FOR SOMEONE else, sorta doesnt add up. Where are the union officials gonna be if there is any election? say 1 week after? Will you see them in the same year? Trust me, Im trying my best here to bring out some good answers so that people will think this thing thru ENTIRELY. In fact, the union is a business INSIDE of another business? Am i correct in stating that? So, as i wait for a response, i will leave with this, What is good for you and your family? If the company decides to close the door, is the union going to provide employment? With that, where is the value? |
