| Mr. Sandrick with all due respect, barginning with you in good faith is a real challenge! You say one thing and then do another. What promise have you kept since you've been with Imerys?
You promised to come up with a tech system for all of us, but that has turned out to be a lie. You promised to implement a new bonus system, but so far, that was a lie. You talk a good game, but were are the results. Were is the value or integrity behind your words. You should be a politician. You said that you would eqaulize the pay between Georgia Marble and ECC, but Georgia Marble control room operators make more than ECC operators and still there has been no effort to equalize the pay. Now you tell us that the choice for Unionization is OURS? But yet you brag that you have hired "one of the best" union busters in the country to change our minds. We thought that you would be a man of your word, but you are not. |
