Both sides are more interested in shaking fingers at the other guy instead of dealing with the situation.If your expecting somebody else to hand you roses on a silver platter you would find your time better spent pissing on a pile of cow squat.Your not happy with what you have so why not get together as a group of employees and work out your situation like real adults without all of this childish bull.Regardless of who wins this union-antiunion campaign the only people who will benefit are the ones who try to work with the company to improve all aspects of your work enviroment.The tactics that are being used are designed simply to benefit people that are not directly involved with your company.These are people who want better their lives at your expense.And what do you get for all of your heartache and grief.A bunch of empty promises that never pay off.If you want things to be better then you have to get in there and do it for yourself because the other guy is only out to help himself. For the record,I am not pro-union nor am I anti-union.I do not work for Imerys or any companies directly associated with Imerys. I just happen to be someone who knows many of you and feel that you have let people mis-lead you with what appears to be greener pastures.I'm afraid that what you will find is nothing more than a field full of manure.
