| You go Leroy. We heard through the grapevine that the company is going to promote more anti-union films ETC.. at work . Maybe mandantory. I have a life at home. These films are not on safety or training films. I can watch Norma Rae and learn more about the management behavior toward a union of the employees. Imerys is a very large company. Please general manager listen to us, and what was stated last year by you, please stand by your word. And a few years ago about a possible good raise when you first arrived here.We remember very well. We had confidence in you, don't let us down. Leadership will go a long way. I mean a long way.
