| The reason every plant in America is not Union is because the management of those non-Union companies are ruthless and will use every under handed trick in the book to prevent a Union from being formed. Just like the management here in Sylacauga. Management wants to control these people by threatening them for trying to form a Union with shut downs, plant closures and even lower pay and benefits. So, if you have a worker with a high school education or less, with a mortgage, 2 cars, and a couple of kids, management can be very persuasive. They use the FEAR tactic. They also hire anti-Union lawyers (which Imerys has done, Frank Parker out of Fort Worth, Texas) to run these campaigns. He will pit friend against friend, family member against family member, well, you get it, he will do anything to WIN. SIR, I don't know who you are, but I have no reason to lie to you or to tell you anything that is not true. I have nothing to gain by doing this.
