| You are very correct (Leroy) about the jobs being given to people because they knew the boss or was related to the boss. Seniority or qualifications is used at the former ECC plant when the boss sees fit to fill a position. I wish we could be treated more fairly when ECC took over. But now we are a merged company now. We have to work together(United), we have to stick together no one that is paid a salary will. We don't have a voice. We submit a idea and it goes through one ear and out the other. Vote Union !!! We are a new merged company and can negotiate new contracts. This company is making the money, we can help it make alot more if they would let's us vote and get our benefits and pay justified to our performance here in Sylacauga , Alabama. We do a excellent job here. Give us the benefits we deserve and we'll give the company that we work for 200% and better. |
