| Amen R. Jackson. Alot of the recent hires of three years or less have been getting better treatment than the people who have had been there 10 years or more. A selected few have access to the company lotus notes at home and get paid while they are online. How is the actual time being paid if you have not hit the clock at work. I could log on at home then watch tv. These people are hourly employees. If others are to get paid they have to clock in. Some of the people get the extra, extra special treatment. Is this what we call fair and equal treatment. The people are very against the union. They will go crying to the supervisor if someone wouldn't get up to let them eat there lunch. This same person will be working with ISO administrator and doesn't have the ISO years of experience. People with more years wasn't selected. He hasn't got a degree to help him bypass the more experienced ones. VOTE UNION!!!!! |
