From the mule you kept putting stuff on our backs until that crap finally breaks his back. I have a statment as crude as it may sound and questions I want to ask you, Sir 1)Do you know are even care as to what is going on in your maint. dept. if so why are you allowing these people to continue to doing the things that are everyday things in the shop? Is it a total lack of control on your part, that you cannot or have not any control over your managers! 2)Don't you think why they are so many people eating meal tickets yet only three working your second shift or how a meal costs $100.00 - $200.00 in one night. Who is in control and resonsible for the costs that are 2, 3, or 4 times a week. check the receipts, or ask Mr. black your precious second shift grand thief. 3)If you do all your workers the same and we don't need a union, hten tell me what week I can go fishing at the georgia marble lake while on the clock! I'm sure Jeff Harry and Kelly Stroud could varify this, last week when they worked over I mean went fishing for four hours on the clock. Did you know that giging bass was against the law in Al. Not to meantion they made these gigs on the clock and out of company material. 4)The culture class on May 4th did you set it up that all these goons in one class to intimadate the georgia marble employees, and they had such a good time doing the things that you would like to hear them say. What kind of special incentitive will they recieve for that intimadation session. We maybe the S.O.B.s from across the road but we don't lie and still everything that not nailed down, we do have our pride as workers and that's something you and your goon want never have. how would you like to be eating in the break room and your fearless wonders sitting there FARTING and laughing about it while others are trying to eat their breakfast or dinner. 5)Why is it the Georgia marble people have to clock in and out and your goons write their time in and out.We have to clock in and out for lunch and yet they come and go as they please. check it out Mr. Sandrick everythings in black and white or pencil.You don't come around to check or talk with your employees or you don't want to know what go's on in your Maint. dept WE WILL BE UNION, DUE TO YOUR OWN LACK OF CONTROL OVER THE SYL. OPERATION OR IS IT I LOVE BEING DEGRADED BY MY SUPERVISORS AND FELLOW CO-WORKERS AND BEING CURSED EVERY DAY KEEPS ME FIGHTING FOR WHAT I BELIEVE IN UNION "YES" |
