| Must have made some people think about the union with the last message about pay. But the union is not just about pay. In our contract book, it guarantees us certain things, like safe work areas, bereavement pay on the death of a loved one,guidelines about overtime,holidays, job assignments, jury duty,lay-off recall, vacations, insurance, and the list could go on. So you see, the union is there to help the employee, not for the purpose of a strike!!!!! Once again "BE UNION STRONG" |
