The employees in Sylacauga are tired of all the perks the anti-union thugs are getting. Perks such as, to name a few:

1) Being able to go fishing while on the clock;
2) Having other people clock them in, while not being on the premises;
3) Riding around in company trucks, on company
time, bashing union supporters;

What really makes this an issue is the fact that Frank Hutchinson (production manager) and David Watkins (maintenance leader) know about it, but do nothing to stop it. Also, a certain ultra fine operator is allowed to use a company computer, on company time, to make anti-union flyers. If the company claims not to be running an anti-union campaign, why does Frank Hutchinson allow this to happen? We definitely have double standards here in Sylacauga. The only way to correct this is with a UNION. IMERYS management needs to listen carefully. A "CARD CHECK" is the only way. To all the brothers and sisters in Europe, thanks for the help.
