| It has always been said you can learn a lot from kids, and once again it is proven. To be "union strong" is a opinion, just like "not to be union strong" is, that is why the employees over there want a card check!! Give them that and let the majority rule!!! Fair is fair, right??? Trence is confused, and there are more than likely a few more like him, about what good a union can do. If the plant is non-union, they will get by with whatever they can. But if you have a union and the plant tries to "get by" with things, you do have a very loud voice to let the hear you with. Unions are not there for better wages, the unions are there for every aspect that deals with the employees well being. I could sit here and list things and take up a lot more space than I need to, so let me just say look things up for yourself. You will see!! Once again I have to state "BE UNION STRONG" cause it is what I believe in!! |
