| First, let me start by saying that im neither for nor against the union but confused, because i have a pretty good work enviroment and no one bothers me. My problem is that the people the supprot the union not one has told or said anything to me that would really make me want to support them,they say all that the union will do but can't gaurante it,only based on what the other companies or getting but it sounds to me like away out for someone who wants someone to sit and hold there hand when your not sure what you can accomplish for yourself.Now the other side if i were a company that was trying to make things better i would be willing give a little to save a lot in the long run. This is just my own opinion. |
