| First of all..let me state CLEARLY I am not posting this message as a tool to be pro-union or anti-union. my main concern is SAFETY. I do post this knowing that management is dedicated to SAFETY. As the Safety council leader I ask only one thing, we all know of some of the feelings going on with each of our co-workers whether pro or anti, dont let our own personal opinions cloud our judgement in working with other co-workers everyday. Dont let opinions or personnel feelings cloud your judgement. Key to remember is one thing..personnel opinions may go two ways but death or pain or lifetime injury only go one way.
and that is permanent...no I wont express my personel opinion, because I only care for safety. so if that might be a crime then I am a lifetime member. please do me the favor as I have asked others..dont reply to my email as PRO or ANTI. But please respond to the matter of SAFETY.. GOD BLESS YOU ALL MALCOLM |
