| I read this letter from some cry baby employee that works at Imerys. I don't even work there but I couldn't help but laugh. He wonders why he can't move up in the company, after a few years of experience, and a GED or high school education. I wonder if he's ever heard of common sense. "probably not". I also wonder what school Mr. Genius got his diploma from, when he can't spell simple words like experience, or dollar. He fails to mention that the person that doesn't have a GED, who is "in charge of a team", has over twenty years of experience and has worked many hours of over time because other workers didn't know how to work on something or were just so sorry that the boss didn't want them to stay. In fact I bet that it's the educated bunch that wants the union. This kind of dedication doesn't get them promotions and raises, so they want some union that knows nothing about what's going on to get it for them. Quit crying like a bunch of school kids and realize that everyone is entitled to their own opinion whether you like it or not. |
