| Imerys, you have learned to rule your employees thru fear. This has only created more distance between the management and the workers. Hats and coffee mugs can not fix this problem. You have taken away our rights, you have threatened us, and you have turned your backs on us.
Why have you disconnected yourself from your workers?? Do you not see the value in your right arm, the employees? Give us our Union back. Don't you get it? Fear is not a motivator. |
