| Several years ago I heard a coment where a plant manager in the syl area said, ALL THE WORKERS NEED
IS FOOD ON THE TABLE AND A NEW PAIR OF OVERALLS ONCE A YEAR. I am glad I dont work for a company like that or do I ? IF you look at all the companys that pay better than us, 9 times out 10 there union. Dont settle for less . ALL we want is fairness and respect . OUR digity is been torn apart by selfish people.
