| It just doesn't seem right that Imerys allowed ECC management to take away our Union and then tell us that we would have to vote it back in.
Seems easy until they set out to scare the hell out of all the rest of the workers, then hire a Union buster, show movies, brag about their "campaign" to come when we call for an election, walk over all the laws to do this and then say "we support and encourage everyone to speak and act freely" . Come on get real, what a joke. We are not idiots. Give us a little respect that we at least have common sense and can tell a bald face lie when we hear it. Mr. Boufere I hope that you are man enough to think for yourself and don't believe everything that middle managment tells you. Conditions are not "fine". If Sylacauga conducted themselves in an ethical manner then you wouldn't have complaints from the NLRB and a web site full of disgusted workers. |
