| Why is there a sealing on the levels that an employee can reach?
operators are only allowed to go to a fourth level and only one are two can reach the fifth level. Managment doen't care about the indiviual employee capabilities, they just don't want to pay a bunch of dedicated, exsperianced, senior employee's respective pay for there skills and abilities. yet they put a person in charge of a team to rebuild raymond mills that don't have a g.e.d. and use to be a fork lift mechanic.Management is trying to figure out why they keep having to spend thousands of doolors to keep them running.ha ha when you got a man with years of experiance that maintains six mills already with no trouble, yet I guess he's not in the click with your precious "A team". better than that: four tech level eights and only one passed the test. hum, and yet why do I want the UNION, to have a level playing field. a fair chance at jobs that are not posted and to advance according to my skills and not how will I can "lie" or "kiss a butt" |
