| How professional is the managment team at Sylacauga when a worker is severly burned and even worse to save a lost time accident the management convinced him to come to work his scheduled shift. they even told the doctor that they would have him back by 8 in the morning to check back into the hospital. It didn't seem to matter that this worker was on morphine for the pain. All this to save a lost time accident. Would you want a family member of yours to be treated this barbaric way???
P.S. To reward him for the sacrifice for saving the company a lost time accident he was fired shortly after. |
