I am sure when Sylacauga Management was telling you about how professional they have been acting during this Anti-union campaign they forgot to tell you about one of your managers driving a company truck on company time drinking what Americans like to call "a cold one" on a Saturday afternoon and bravely pulling up to a BBQ restaurant that one of our Union supporters owns and cussing out his wife and telling her how stupid her husband and others were for supporting the Union. His only punishment was an appology to her husband. Now you tell me, is that professional? Is this really the type of management that Imerys would be proud of? If so, maybe I do need to get another job. I think Randy Sandrick means well, but has been mislead by lower management who gets together before they meet with Randy Sandrick to decide which story to tell him. If you do not believe me, we had a consultant firm do a full employee survey last year and most everyone felt this way. Check it out for yourself, if they haven't shreaded it yet. We are hard working, honest employees who deserve a Union and decent management. |
