I have been an employee with this company for quite some time, and I have seen alot of very good and honest people come and go. What I wittnessed last week made me sick!.
The way that the Managers of the Sylacauga operation gave you the "GRAND TOUR" of our plant.
Was it mentioned to you the backstaking hours and days it took to clean up the plant for your visit?
NO I say not, that everyday our clean up crew has to clean up the messes that are made day after day etc.etc.
That is in black and white on the amount of money "wasted" because they can't put the product in the bins or the bags. check your books sir!
they tell you what you want to hear, just as the lies every day they tell us.
they " your managers" don't discriminate they treat each of us like were uneducated and a bunch of the thieves. This is not the eighteen hundreds
we are not going to be treated this way and these mangers need to be relieved of thier duties.
The deeming process didn't work, ECCelance program
didn't work and your culture training doesn't work simply because your managers want allow them to work. And that is the truth
We in Sylacauga need a new leader, a new vision with boss'es that have a vision.
it's not Sandrick's fault entirely, he only knows what he is told from the ones he expects to be truthful.
your managers can't put the product in the bin, they can't even make it correctly without having to redo it, they can't even buld it to run properly. everything made, is a shoot and miss process. We the employee's are the one's that get the blame for it, being over worked and underpaid and don't even have a social life or a regular shift for having to fix the product so you can sell it.
It is past time, but it is time for a change.
We can be World Class!
But you sir have to make the dicissions, I as a long time employee need this union to help us in regaining what is left of our diginity. It's your
dicission that will give us hope for a better future.
We have also been told numerous time in the past
"If you don't like the way things are done here, then you can leave" this is how your managers were speaking to us. I say it's time for them to leave.HUTHCHEN,POORE,HOLLY,HALVERSTON
