| Last week, August 20th and 21st, Alvin Freeman attended the APRI Convention in New Orleans, Louisiana where he met Brother James Andrews, AFL-CIO President, North Carolina, and National Board member of the APRI. Through Brother James, Alvin was able to speak to State leaders and explain the conditions that remain at Crown Central Petroleum.
As Chairman of the Locked Out Crown group, Brother Freeman would like to thank all the APRI groups throughout the USA for their support in the Adopt A Station - Boycott Crown. A BIG thanks from Alvin to Ms. M. Rice in Washington, D. C. for her support and public accommodation. |
