WANT TO HEAR MORE ABOUT THIS GREAT CO.

My husband is disabled and in an assisted care facility for three months (the previous eight years I cared for him myself at home)
I decided to bring him back home Jan 01 and hire the help I need.
I decided at the last minute to take him to VA for Christmas with my family, my younger brother's company has a home office in Charlotte, NC, he called and asked us to drive with him.
He has had so much trouble with his car...6 months at the dealership and they finally had it repaired? electrical problems?
Anyway, he drove down from OH to NC in a rental and I drove the rental when he picked up his car and we stopped at a Crown gasoline station near the Charlotte airport to fill both cars with gasloline...WE KNEW NOTHING OF THE BOYCOTT UNTIL TODAY WHEN I SEARCHED THE NET TO WRITE THEM A LETTER...THIS LETTER...My brother turned off the car and it never started again. We tried for 30 minutes. He asked the employees if he could leave his car on the premises out of their way in a parking space and they said no problem. He explained he would be back Wednesday after Christmas (this was Saturday night before). They said no problem. He left a business card with phone numbers, etc. in the dashboard of the car and in their hand. Christmas night he took violently ill, throwing up and everything. It continued into Tuesday. Tuesday night it drove back to SC and when I passed through Charlotte I stopped at the crown station where the car still sat ALONE in their lot. I bought gas and talked "through the glass" to the employee at 3 0r 4 am on Wednesday and explained that the car was my brother's, he was so sick, and it may be as late as Friday before he could get his car, would that be a problem? The man said no problem, it wasn't even in their way and he held up my brother's business card and said they knew who owned the car and had the numbers. I explained that they should call my brother if this was a problem and we could work out another arrangement. He said not to worry.
At 6 pm on Thursday when my brother went with a "tow dolly" to pick up his car...CROWN HAD TOWED IT THAT MORNING BECAUSE THEY HAD NOT HEARD FROM HIM......I will join your boycott........it cost my brother $150.00 to get his car back!!!!
They obviously do not care about anyone or anything but themselves!!! Thanks for the chance to vent.
